Development is brought to life through leading edge practical applications using a dynamic mental model for organisation and leadership. Dave supports his clients throughout the development process so they own the solutions ongoing. His approach builds on his degree in Management and Behavioural Science. Prior to setting up Interact Development Limited in 1987 Dave held a number of management and development roles in British Leyland, P&G, British Gas, ICL, and ICI Pharmaceuticals.
