Sharing and Partnering to Accelerate Innovation and Growth

You are invited to introduce yourself and your expertise at the next free Innovation Leaders Online Networking Event

Thursday, Jan 18, 12:00-1:30 pm EST (5:00-6:30 pm GMT/6-7:30 pm CET/

10:30 pm -12:00 am IST)

Each participant will get a chance to introduce him/herself to other Innovation Leaders, ask for help if needed, and be able to direct questions and comments to the group or individual participants.

In addition, there will be 2 presentations and discussion on some new, improved methods to create innovation within organizations.

  • Katherine Radeka, Executive Director at Rapid Learning Cycles Institute (https://rapidlearningcycles.com/home), will be presenting on “Rapid Learning Cycles:  Agile Innovation That Works”.

The Rapid Learning Cycles framework leverages Agile methods into a repeatable approach to tangible innovation and product development. If your company or clients develop hardware, chemicals, biotech or any other product that must be mass-produced, then you know that teams must make decisions in early development with confidence and overcome technical and commercial barriers to succeed. Rapid Learning Cycles directly attacks the root causes of schedule delays, cost overruns and late-found issues that lead to disappointing results from innovation programs, eliminating the things most likely to get between your team and a finished product.

Learn more about Rapid Learning Cycles in this POV post:  “Why Rapid Learning Cycles Are the Engine of Innovation” at https://www.innovationglobalnetwork.com/index.php?mod=album&pg=client.pov&act=povDetails&pov_id=1988
  • Lynn Wood, Founder and Chief Idea Spy, Idea Spies, will be presenting on “A simple idea capture tool to encourage ideas from staff” (postponed from an earlier date).

A newly developed platform called IdeaSpies Enterprise will be demonstrated.  They have just completed a successful trial of this platform and you can learn more about it at www.IdeaSpies.com/Enterprise.  It’s a private version of the public IdeaSpies platform https://www.ideaspies.com/ that you can use internally within your organization.  It offers a simple, fun way to encourage and rate ideas from staff to improve the way they work.

Staff at all levels is encouraged to register using their organization email address to see ideas, rate them and comment on them as well as add their own. The organization selects the best ideas based on the support shown for them, rewards staff and implements the selected ideas.

You’re welcome to register on the public IdeaSpies platform before the presentation so you can see how it works at

Following each presentation, there will be an opportunity for Q&A with the presenter and a discussion among the participants.
